Brewer Counseling Agency, PLLC provides assessment and therapy treatment to individuals, families, and couples, ages 2 and older, virtually and in-person located at 101 E Market Street, Suite 2E, Smithfield, NC 27577.

We treat a variety of mental health conditions and concerns, including Adjustment, ADHD, Anxiety, Communication, Depression, Emotional/Behavioral concerns, Grief, Intimacy, PTSD/Trauma, and Self-Esteem.

Brewer Counseling Agency, PLLC is “In-Network” with Aetna, Aetna- State Health Plan, and Vaya Health.

Brewer Counseling Agency, PLLC is working to be considered “In-Network” with all major private and Medicaid insurance. At this time we are considered “Out of Network” providers and offer you a “superbill” for reimbursement through your insurance. Please look at FAQ’s for more details.
